I remain grateful to the Catholic Missionary Medical Board (CMMB), Sudan Relief Fund (SRF), AMH, Australian Doctors Friends of St. Theresa, CDTY, and Community, etc., who have put resources at the disposal of our hospital.
At St. Theresa Mission Hospital and through Diocesan Wholeness and Wellness Health Services, we aim to deliver a healthcare experience that is designed around individual needs. We aspire and we’re quick or eager to master the latest medical advancements, and we remain sensitive to the comfort, health, and happiness of our co-nationals or communities.
With the approval of our annual budget services are encouraged to move on uninterrupted.
The cost-Sharing policy adopted by CDTY for St Theresa Mission Hospital and other health interventions has put us on the road to sustainability.
CDTY had introduced cost-sharing programs to control rising healthcare expenditures also.
This initiative or risk has introduced financial incentives for insured individuals so as to increase their awareness of healthcare costs.
Increased cost awareness is believed to lead to a well-informed decision to use health care, where expected medical benefits and costs have been considered.
Experiences in using Cost-Sharing policies have shown us that cost-sharing reduces the demand for care.
